Sabrina has been recruiting in Chicago since 2004 and has placed numerous partners, associates, and in-house counsel in all practice areas in Chicago and throughout the United States. Sabrina handles searches for leading international, regional, and boutique law firms and corporations. Prior to founding Loop Legal Search, Sabrina worked at another leading Chicago legal search firm; and before beginning her legal recruiting career, Sabrina was a labor and employment associate at Jones Day for 6 years. Sabrina earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was an Editor on the Wisconsin Law Review. She earned her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.

Allison G. Shapiro
Ali has extensive legal recruiting experience, having recruited in Chicago since 2005. She has placed attorneys at all levels in a wide variety of practice areas and positions. Ali works with large, mid-size and boutique law firms, as well as companies, on all of their legal search needs. Prior to her legal recruiting career, Ali was a practicing attorney in Chicago for nearly seven years. She was an associate in the Commercial Finance Group at Goldberg Kohn, where she was actively involved in recruiting and was a member of the Summer Associate Committee. Ali started her legal career as a corporate associate at Holleb & Coff. Ali earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 1998, and her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1995.
